In his early years of ministry, Glenn came under the mentorship of Dr. Lester Sumrall — one of the most influential figures in 20th century Spirit-filled ministry. Sumrall's emphasis on authority, deliverance, and the supernatural shaped Glenn's understanding of what the Gospel could actually do when preached with power and expectation.
Over the past four decades, Glenn has ministered in hundreds of churches — small rural fellowships, mid-sized congregations, and everything in between. His ministry is not event-driven.
